Topic: 10.6 - Packrat doesn't become the foremost application when toggling

I have frequently ran into issues on a few of my machines in which I will be multitasking between apps and I will click on Packrat either via the dock or the window and it fails to move up  to become the foremost application. I have to Quit and Re-Launch the app to resolve the issue.
